Dear Mr. King,

In reply to your letter of August 27th, (K/W.394), addressed to Mr. Robotham, re the noise on worn Dunlop tyres, I have to inform you that Mr. Robotham will be away for a week from Wednesday next, but the writer will be pleased to demonstrate the tyres to you any time on Thursday or Friday of this week.

Will you please let me know which day suits you, and the approximate time of your arrival.
