-2- He/Sn.{Mr Sanderson}S/Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}23.11.32. Sheet'1. Other advantages were the good steering lock and excellent torque control of the front axle when braking. "Jellyfying" seemed noticeably absent, but this may or may not have been due to the suspension. Summarising our impressions, we think that this car confirms our feelings that we ought to be trying out independent wheel suspension. M.{Mr Moon / Mr Moore} Dubonnet's pieces are about the right size for a Phantom II. It might be worth buying a set off him to avoid being under any obligation, and trying them on one of our cars with a view to obtaining information. We attach to P's copy a patent specification showing that M.{Mr Moon / Mr Moore} Dubonnet's claims are exceedingly limited. We also give some technical information about the system. | ||
