I have now checked over the Angus Sanderson body at Barker's with dimensions on your Drawing No. N 2423, and consider that the body will be quite satisfactory if a new scuttle is made. When making a new scuttle, it can be made about 2" longer, which will make the whole thing agree with the longer chassis. Some slight alteration will have to be made at the back end where the frame sweeps up. The alterations are, however, not serious. I think the price of £ 1b5. 0. 0. for this body is quite reasonable. There will be, of course, extra cost due to making of new scuttle and mounting. When ordering, I suggest that you specify a large scuttle ventilator - otherwise such may not be fitted. S.P.
