With reference to our letters of the 5th and 19th July re finished covers Nos. WGD. 4088 and WGD. 4257 as mentioned on your report attached to letter of the 1st ulto., - up to the time of writing we have not received these in this Department, and I should be greatly obliged if you would inform us whether same have left Derby so that we can trace delivery at this end.
