C.H. Brooks Esq.,
The Light Production Co.Ltd.,

London, S.W.1.

Dear Mr. Brooks,

Further to our telephone conversation, as I pointed out at the time, I have an engagement for lunch on Monday and would be unable to see you until later in the afternoon. I now find that I shall be tied up most of the afternoon on the same job, but shall be free in the morning.

I wonder whether it would be possible for you to (a) catch the early train which gets here at 11.9 a.m., in which case we could finish our discussion before lunch, or (b) come up on Sunday night and be here first thing in the morning.

Could you please give me a ring to-morrow, Saturday, morning before 12 o'clock, and let me know whether you can manage either of these suggestions.

Yours sincerely,

FOR ROLLS-ROYCE LIMITED.
