I am sorry I have been such a long time sending you on the data on the Spark Gaps which I promised you. I enclose herewith the curve giving data for the ring type spark gaps and also a copy of a paper I read to the Coventry Engineering Society some time ago dealing with this subject, and also a few notes dealing with the matter. I am sending you, under separate cover, in a day or so one of our own 8,000 volt gaps which you can use for making any tests. As regards electrostatic voltmeters these can be obtained from Messrs.
