Dear Sirs,

As selling agents for Mr. H.{Arthur M. Hanbury - Head Complaints} W. Sullivan, and confirming our Mr. Merriman's recent call upon you respecting Instruments, etc., we wish to say that we are manufacturers of Scientific and Electrical Apparatus of precision, and having completed our War Contracts, we are in a position to undertake competitive work of a similar nature for private contractors.

We more particularly specialize in repetition work involving highly skilled labour, extreme accuracy, and careful supervision, and if you are requiring any apparatus for Aircraft, either wireless, electrical or mechanical, we shall be pleased to receive your enquiries.

We have a special department for development work, and are prepared to construct experimental instruments either from drawings or verbal instructions.

Our Works and Offices are situated in the centre of the City, and have a capacity up to 350 employees.

In addition to our being contractors to British and Foreign Governments a number of the standard instruments in the electrical department, of the National Physical Laboratory were supplied by us, and should be a guarantee of the excellence of our work.

If you are interested in this letter, perhaps you will place our name upon your list, and favour us with your enquiries, which shall at all times receive prompt and careful attention.

Yours faithfully,

H.C. ROWLAND & CO. LTD.
