RHC.{R. H. Coverley - Production Engineer} From Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer} X7770. Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}1/MJ.28.1.30. Herewith sketches of modified ball pin and steering arm for the Phantom ll. We should like the ball end pin to be made of unhardened steel and not drilled with oil holes so that it cannot get mixed up with the standard piece. For the steering arm, the only thing we are interested in is the height of the side steering tube ball pin and therefore, if you wish to make some alteration to its position in horizontal plane to facilitate bending the lever, this will not matter.
