SpectreCodename for Phantom III Self-Adjusting Tappets. -------------------------------- Will you please make a complete set of tappets to the following specification which is up to date with Phantom practice of similar tappets. (1) Eccentric rockers to Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}1495 which is a modification of the eccentrics E.85319/20. Other than slight dimensional alterations the eccentrics Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}1495 are made entirely of cast-iron - no white metal linings. (2) Rocker shafts to E.85898-S.Z.N., not hardened to have .001 ground off the diameter and copper plated to a thickness of .001, that is, .002 on diameter, and finally polished. The final diametral clearance between the eccentrics and the coppered shafts to be .001 to .002. (3) Spacing springs E.85899 to be used between the eccentrics. (4) Plunger bodies to Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}1497. Other than this modification make the poppet valve plungers to LOP.E.85337. (5) Two alternative sets of plunger springs to E.59630 and E.85904. (6) Plunger casings to E.85908/9/10 Lec.4012 covers E.85911/2/3 " Tab washers E.85907 " Dowels E.85914 " Metering screws Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}1496.
