Querying an invoice from Joseph Lucas Ltd. for three distributors and the terms of supply.

| PS/RC.{R. Childs} 6119 C/WW/C.32/LTC.9.2.42 We have just received an invoice from Messrs. Joseph Lucas Ltd., for 3 Distributors TT.1219 at 10/6d each which they placed against our order No.57143. This order did instruct the supply of 3 Distributors to TT.Drawing No.1984 so that we assume the Distributors despatched by Messrs. Lucas are those appearing on the order, but we notice from their invoice the three Distributors were despatched to us on the 24th February on "Sale or Return". Will you please look into this and let us know whether they are on "Sale or Return", or whether we shall be quite correct in paying for same. J/ygh | ||
