PRICES Lubricants for Motor Cars.

COMPOUND OILS.
Motorine A.{Mr Adams} A very thick cylinder oil suitable for practically all air-cooled motor cycle engines with the exception of one or two such as the "Motosacoche" having very small cylinders.
Motorine B. A medium thick cylinder oil, suitable for small air-cooled cylinders in cold weather, for water-cooled tricar engines and for a few high-speed fairly warm running water-cooled engines such as Rolls-Royce and Napier.
Motorine C. The best all-round oil for water-cooled engines, of a heavy rich character yet not so thick as to render starting difficult in cold weather.
Motorine A, B and C are compound oils of the highest class, they are resistant to heat, have a high flash point and are free from any tendency to cause carbonaceous deposits. They do not gum up the piston, in fact one never hears of an experienced motorist having to inject paraffin to free the piston after he has been using Motorine.
Heavy Gas Engine Oil is a medium compound oil for efficiently water-cooled, slow to medium speed engines. It is most suitable for such as the Rover, Arrol-Johnston, Daimler, Siddeley and Austin.

PURE HYDROCARBON OILS.
Oleogene D.{John DeLooze - Company Secretary} This is a highly-refined pure heavy hydrocarbon oil of high viscosity and flash point, and is suitable for medium to high speed water-cooled engines such as the De Dion.
Oleogene P. A light pure hydrocarbon oil suitable for well water cooled slow speed engines such as the Vauxhall and Panhard.
Amber Gear Oils. A Medium, B Heavy. Charcoal refined oils of special lubricating value. A is particularly adapted for oil retaining gear boxes.
Battersea Gear Oils. A Medium, B Heavy. Filtered black oils for winter and summer use respectively, in gear boxes and motor chain cases.

SOLIDIFIED OILS.
Belmoline A.{Mr Adams} A stiff solid lubricant, very resistant to heat and pressure, suitable for grease cups on water circulating pumps liable to run warm.
Belgraphine A = Belmoline A + Graphite.
Belmoline B. A medium stiff solid lubricant extensively used for screw down Stauffer lubricators, grease cups, &c.
Belgraphine B = Belmoline B + Graphite.
Belmoline C. A soft semi-solid lubricant highly suitable for gear box lubrication either alone or mixed with cylinder oil or gear oil.
Belgraphine C = Belmoline C + Graphite.
The Belmolines A, B and C are refined saponified fats mixed in varying proportions with pure hydrocarbon lubricants, they are free from water and solid filling material.
The Belgraphines A, B and C are exactly similar materials with each of which pure ground graphite has been thoroughly incorporated. They are used by motorists who prefer a semi-solid lubricant containing graphite.
Ranoraphine and Cirogene are graphite chain lubricants. The former, which is in the form of a paste, is a mixture of Rangoon Jelly and refined graphite, it is most suitable for external application. The latter is a hard waxy compound. It melts readily when warmed, and in this condition thoroughly permeates the interstices of any motor chain immersed in it. (The chain must of course be first well cleaned with paraffin). On taking the chain out of the mixture it cools and the lubricant solidifies between the rivets, rollers, &c. One treatment serves for several hundred miles.
Rangoon Jelly. A special preparation from Rangoon Oil. It is extensively used for the protection of plated parts and bright steel from the rusting action of damp air.
