Mr. S.W.Grylls. 3rd January 1939.

Lifeguard tubes (Goodyear) are so far
fitted as standard equipment on the large Chryslers only.
But the service demand is so phenomenal that the Goodyear
Department that makes them has been months behind on orders
for the last year or so.

Goodyear in fact have made a tremendous
killing on these tubes and on the Rayon fabric, blowout-
proof tyres for heavy vehicles.

The safety benefit of Lifeguard tubes is
so great that if I were building Rolls Royce cars I should
fit them as a matter of course.

I know of no faults, such as chafing.
Brittain of Goodyear could tell you more about this.

Yours,

Maurice Olley

MAURICE OLLEY.
