ENGINE OILS.

With reference to your memo Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/Gry.{Shadwell Grylls}6/MH.{M. Huckerby}10.2.39.

I have seem Mr. Russell Sharp of the V.O.C. and he has sent me a 5 gallon drum of oil which, as you suggest, we will use in one of our Wraiths.

Mr. Russell Sharp brought along a Mr. Martin of the engineering department and he suggests we start with a perfectly clean engine. In view of this would you please send me a new by-pass oil filter which will be fitted to the car that carries out the test. Mr. Martin would like the old one so, if it is not of any further use can he have it?

We will start this job at the earliest possible moment.
