Mainly due to servo inefficiency.
20/25 HP. 35° servo cams improve efficiency and are used in cases of complaint. See Depot Sheet No. Hd.{Mr Hayward/Mr Huddy}284. Inefficiency may also be due to oil on servo.
Oil feed to servo is now deleted on new cars and Depot Sheet No. Hd.{Mr Hayward/Mr Huddy}253 has been issued instructing retrospective action.
Depot Sheet No. Hd.{Mr Hayward/Mr Huddy}252 describes treatment for inefficient servos.
Oil guards to Depot Sheets Nos. Hd.{Mr Hayward/Mr Huddy}244 and 232 are being fitted.
