contd:- -2- I have gone over many ways of making a clutch brake but most of the simple ones leave the running shaft with end pressure by the spring. If my suggestions here given are not good or possible, I think we should have a clutch brake ready in case it is needed. We must at least be as good as Hispano for time of stopping, and we must please PN{Mr Northey}, SA, and EP.{G.
