RE. LUBRICATION OF STEERING NUT AND WORM.

We have tested Castrol 'XL' oil and find it to be equal for lubrication to Castrol 'R' and Amber Gear oil.

We should place the oils in the following order of merit :-

Castrol 'R'.
Castrol 'XL'.
Amber Gear oil 'A'.
Prices 'B'.

Hl. has tested Amber Gear oil and reports that it is 99% mineral.
