Messrs. Ferodo Ltd.,
Chapel-en-le-Frith,
STOCKPORT.

Dear Sirs,

FOR THE ATTENTION OF MR. SHILTON.
---------------------------------

We are resuming experimental car work on a limited scale for the duration of war, and we should be very interested to hear whether the belt testing plant which you had in hand some months ago has been completed.

We feel that the development of the triangular belt is of the utmost importance, and we should like to proceed with tests which we had in hand at the beginning of the war. If convenient we should like Mr. Shilton to pay us a visit with the object of discussing future development and should be glad if you could suggest some convenient date. Mr. Edwards is again in charge of the job and can supply all the necessary particulars when you call.

Yours faithfully,

CHASSIS DEVELOPMENT ENGINEER.
ROLLS-ROYCE LIMITED.
