X5060. To E.{Mr Elliott - Chief Engineer} from Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Wym.{G. Harold Whyman - Experimental Manager} Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Wym.{G. Harold Whyman - Experimental Manager}13/KT. 28.9.33. We have repeated the oil flow tests to the rocker shafts using 5/16" dia. piping instead of 3/16" dia. piping, as used in our previous test on 23.9.33. The figures obtained are rather astounding when compared with the previous ones, but both sets of tests have been carefully repeated and the figures given in the tables attached are correct.
