x993. To Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} from ROY.{Sir Henry Royce} You will recollect we have standardised the Nesthill No.7 Compact Foot Pump. Messrs. Hill now advise they have brought out what, in their opinion is an improved model of this Pump, known as No.9. It is 2 1/2" shorter than our present Standard, and the barrel itself is approximately 1/4" bigger. As far as cost is concerned, they are the same. I hand you herewith sample of the later model, i.e., No. 9, in case it should be decided to substitute this for the No.7. kindly advise. ROY.{Sir Henry Royce} Sample to accompany this Memo. | ||
