Phantom 3 Crankshaft.

We agree to the request made by Sft.{Mr Swift} on account of cost, to do without the milling away of the chamfers at the top of the crank throws.

This will add .7 lbs in weight to the crankshaft, and will affect the balance to the extent of 8%. It is not our intention to add any mass to the balance weights to compensate for this modification.
