APRIL 9/30 With reference to EFO1/8/4/S/30, I think it an excellent suggestion to send the Watford Magneto 98034 back to Messrs North & Son. For their examination and subsequent remarks. The only difficulty that I see is that we have still some subsidiary testing to do on the type test F.XIV.M.S. 39 engine, to which this magneto belongs, at least for the period of the type test. If it could be arranged that the subsidiary tests were expedited so as to release this magneto for return to Messrs North & Son. I should be quite willing to agree to the examination. A.O.Jaynes.
