1020a Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/AA.{D. Abbot-Anderson}3/P. 23rd April 1940. High Duty Alloys Ltd., Buckingham Avenue, Trading Estate, SLOUGH. ------- For the attention of Mr. J.T.Robinson. Dear Sirs, With reference to your letter of 17th inst. and my reply of yesterday's date. I communicated the contents of your letter to Mr. Hall in our Research Laboratory, and he has just told me that he thinks we are corresponding at cross purposes. The alloy regarding which I made the original enquiry was the one about which Mr. Hall went to Slough about three weeks ago and discussed with you; it is based on RR.50. Perhaps you will be able to look into the matter and see if there has been any misunderstanding. Yours faithfully, For ROLLS-ROYCE LIMITED. (D.G.Abbot-Anderson.) | ||
