Dear Mr. Mullins,

Thank you so much for the drawing of the small gear box, together with particulars of it's capacity.

This box is quite small enough for our requirements.

It is very good of you to suggest that if we wish to test one you would be able to let us have a unit on loan.

We may take advantage of your kind offer as at the moment it appears it would be more convenient for us to test the small size than the larger box, of which you have already lent us a sample.
