Do you wish to order these forms yourself or would you like us to order them at the same time as the Derby forms which will probably be cheaper ? We are still not quite satisfied with them as they stand and have in mind the following alterations. MONTHLY LETTER. The address will be on the right-hand side and the heading of the 10th. column will be "Treated as good in last report and subsequently found faulty". Do you wish printed on the form the position of the sender such as "Aero General Manager". For whose attention should the form be marked for its return. STOCK REPORT.
