To HPS.{Horace Percy Smith - Experimental Factory Mgr} c. to Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/W.Bell. Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/Gry.{Shadwell Grylls}14/JH.8.7.37. 202 Bentley Wheel Drivers. The driver Ex.25109A which we have just standardised to avoid knocks fails quicker on Bell's rig than the present standard S/N driver under reversed bending loads. The boss section at the point of failure is weaker. Will you please make some drivers in S/ZNX as shown marked up on Ex.25109A herewith (Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}414).
