PHANTOM PROPELLER SHAFTS.

We have cured the trouble of fouling experienced on 28-MX.{John H Maddocks - Chief Proving Officer} propeller joint, by increasing the angular movement of the joints to Rs.{Sir Henry Royce's Secretary}1361.

The propeller shaft has been through a dynamometer test, road tests including heavy braking, and high speeds over hump-backed bridges. The modifications should be incorporated on present production.
