PHANTOM 111 FLEXIBLE FLYWHEEL.

We should be glad if you would detail for us the design shewn on N.Sch.4939. We think both damping springs should be issued as we then have a comprehensive range of values for test.

On the drawing of the centre driving flexible plate will you draw attention to the necessity for removing sharp edges.
