X402 X4031 With regard to the question of dynamo control I would like you to try the Westinghouse Vibrator in conjunction with one of our dynamos, if necessary altering it to our voltage to give the range we require. I should also like you to find the speed at which these control tremblers vibrate. My impression is that we should use a condenser across the points in the same way as the Westinghouse have done, and that the capacity of the condenser should be varied until the points shew the least sparking and destruction.
