Plain Bonnet with 3" "Flip-Flap" Shutters instead of Louvres. Will you please instruct and fit to the bonnet of 1-B-IV two new side plates with 3" "Flip-Flap" shutters instead of louvres as per instructions contained in By/CS.4/EH.9.5.35.
