Friction check on a 10' clutch disc and its relation to transmission rattle.

The 10" clutch disc from the demonstration car (chassis B.20.AW) has been checked for friction. The depth of the loop was 17 lb.ft to 27 lb.ft. (See attached graph). The above car is free from transmission rattle. With the experience gained on Lp.{Mr Lappin}'s car, we can now say that 1. Rattle occurs with 10 lb.ft. friction. 2.
