| 260 To Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/Wym.{G. Harold Whyman - Experimental Manager} from Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer} Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}5/ET.28.5.41. BENTLEY TRIALS CAR. Mr. Neville Rollason, of Peplow Hall, Hodnet, Salop, will be calling in for the Trials Car on Friday afternoon next, June 6th. I would like the following points looked at on the car, before it goes away:- 1. Heat to the rear seat. 2. Stiffness of the front pivots. You will of course see if there is anything wrong with the car at the same time. Neville Rollason has various Bentleys and will certainly check the speedometer of the B.V against that of his present car. If you can, therefore, I should be glad if you would put on a speedometer that is not more than the statutory 5% fast. I may be away in Briningham when he arrives, and therefore P.T.O. | ||
