Dear Sirs,

We read with great interest your report on our cut-outs you sent to M.M. Bleriot Ltd. and regret you had certain troubles with same.

As we are confident you will be satisfied at the end and to ascertain the cause of the trouble you point out in your letter we are asking Bleriot Ltd. to send us the 5 cut-outs you are returning to them.

We intend getting ready for you 6 more cut-outs to your actual specification which kindly send us direct to avoid waste of time.

Please find herewith an explanation of the working of the compensation on our cut-out which will show you that it is quite right for the carbon contacts to make contact before the auxiliary contacts break.

Contd.
