PHANTOM III STANDARDIZATION PARTS

Description of Part: Housing of non return and relief valve.
Original: Ball valve seat coming adrift.

Report of Experimental Dept:
Estimated cost of new tools ......... £8. 0. 0.
Could be brought on to production at the 1st. Chassis in "D" Series (without scrap.)
The modified scheme is to braze the loose valve seat into the case and the ball valve is wedged by the end of the loose valve thus avoiding cutting of the oil feed to the end.
The C.25 is housed as a complete unit in the base screw and has run without trouble on EX-12 and also on C.25-XM.
