| S E C R E T. X9620 To E.{Mr Elliott - Chief Engineer} from EFC. EFC5/T5.10.23. X.9620 - E.A.C. STARTER MOTOR. With reference to my telegram of the 1st. inst and your reply of the 2nd inst., dealing with the E.A.C. starter motor winding, we note you are arranging for LeC.1735 to suit two conductors per slot. We should, however, be glad to receive a definite approval of the armature winding arrived at in our calculations dated 19.6.23. So far we have not been informed that the conductor sizes there obtained are considered suitable by W.W. The size of wire and number of turns for the teazer winding suggested by W.W. are agreed to by us. EFC. | ||
