Messrs. Rolls-Royce Ltd.,
Experimental Department,
DERBY.

For the attention of Mr. F.J. Hardy.

Dear Sirs,

Further to our letter of the 5th May, the bearings No.35175/35326 with mirror finished outer races are now ready. We are sending these to you today, and they will be marked for the attention of Mr. Hardy.

We trust that you will like the finish we have given to these outer races. We are now supplying bearings with this finish to numerous customers for their rear axles, and have no doubt that it is the best finish for such positions. We shall be glad to hear in due course whether you can agree with this.

Yours faithfully,
for BRITISH TIMKEN LIMITED,

Sales Department.
