COACHWORK.

On all our Ph.III bodies the windows seem to rattle at a very early date. It may be the shape of the front window which is partially responsible for this, but it can spoil the general effect of the car. We think that an investigation could with advantage be carried out by EV.{Ivan Evernden - coachwork} to see why this is so.

Our standard practice with sunshine roofs is to wedge them in the closed position as the only means of obtaining any peace and quiet. 35-EX sunshine roof is at present in an excellent condition for demonstrating the average condition which this fitting rapidly attains. We cannot believe that it is impossible to make a sunshine roof which will stay quiet, and think that we could with advantage have Ward up here to discuss the whole problem with us.

The smell of petrol we are investigating.

TYRES.

The position of this fitting is not yet satisfactory and we have got to continue our investigations.
