(2) (6) TAIL LAMPS. The Lucas T.220., our present standard, is a good well made lamp. It would be improved if it had the connection for the wiring coming out of the back, [REDACTED] - instead of having to be turned upside down as at present. For SS.{S. Smith} dual carrier it is unsuitable. It projects too far. We recommend the Lucas A.T.201. This should have two windows at the side so that it can be transferred across for the continent. (7) STOP LAMP INDICATOR. This when ordered, as it often is, should be combined with the tail lamp. The switch is connected on the brake pedal. Butler's have sent us a model lamp thus - STOP which we are perfecting, and which we could recommend when required. It can be used at the centre or the side of the rear plate. (8) DIRECTION INDICATORS. These appear to be a very likely part of the new act. The operation would be a Eural ring on the wheel. At the rear the Talbot has a scheme thus - which we might [handwritten: look into?] PX-77 The front could be treated on the body by lighted signs on the top rail of the screen (suggested by H.A.) thus - | ||
