2 - I believe we should notify depots to cut down the setting on the Springfield Phantom to 1/2 turn maximum, pending further advices from Springfield. NOTE: Incidentally England state that a correct setting on the Phantom starting carburetter will run the engine continuously when fairly warm at about 500 R.P.M. with the throttle closed.
