To RHC.{R. H. Coverley - Production Engineer} x5060 Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Swdl.{Len H. Swindell}12/KW.9.6.34. We have more or less fixed the oil hole positions of the Bentley and 25 HP. Rocker Shafts for self-adjusting Tappets, these being shown on Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}1417. Will you please supply a rocker shaft for the 25 HP., drilled in this way and instruct that any sets of self-adjusting tappets be fitted with this type of shaft. In conjunction with this modification, plain bushes should be fitted in Bentley rockers for self-adjusting Tappets, as is done for the 25 HP. sets. Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/L.H.Swindall. | ||
