We are duly in receipt of yours of the 28th, and regret to have your complaint respecting the trouble you are having with the new Autovac, but cannot understand this, and think the best plan will be for us to send one of our experts over to your works to go through your tests with you, in order to locate if possible the cause of your difficulty.
Will you kindly make an appointment for this purpose and let us know time and date most convenient to your goodselves, and oblige.
