Derby England Attention Mr. J.{Mr Johnson W.M.} de Loos Gentlemen: We have your letter of March 27th regarding the sum of three hundred dollars ($300.00) sent us for purchases made by Mr. Robotham. On April 3rd we wrote Mr. Robotham giving an account-ing of the funds expended to that date, in which we enclosed copies of some of the invoices, and he has undoubtedly turned that over to you by now. Since that date we have received invoices for a cable-gram and a telegram amounting to $4.08, leaving a balance of $35.28 to your credit in this fund. Against this we have two invoices for payment, as follows: March 29th - United Aircraft Products Co. ....................$125.00 April 4th - Aluminum Co. of America - 16 pistons .......... 64.00 (we enclose a copy of this) Both of these invoices are payable thirty days after their date. Perry Kyer inform us that the LaSalle frame and parts and the two oil coolers are going forward on the S.S. Britannic, sailing April 7th, and are being cleared through Claridge, Holt & Co., Ltd. of Liverpool.
