E.1/HP.4.10.32 re Phantom II Carburetter. This is to confirm that we agree to deleting the small gauze filter that services the low speed jet. This filter is likely to get neglected and it is considered that the main filter will do all that is required to prevent stopping up of the jets, particularly as we are now enlarging the low speed jet to meet the cold starting requirements.
