HOTEL DE FRANCE, CHATEAUROUX. Indre. France. 113 ? 1130 Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/GWH{George W. Hancock - Head Chateauroux}/9/JAB. 29th April 1937. To. Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} c. Scott, Cashier. c. Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer} EXPENSES AT CHATEAUROUX. With regard to our conversation in regard to keeping Châteauroux supplied with money for expenses, I have arranged with I. Waller to open an account with the, Credit Lyonnais Rue de la{L. A. Archer} Poste Châteauroux. It is in the name of Ivan M.{Mr Moon / Mr Moore} Waller, to whom drafts should be made payable. This has been done and the remainder of the money I draw on my Letter of Credit has been placed in the Bank to Waller's credit. The arrangement made with Mr.Scott for a draft to be sent out weekly to this Bank can now be arranged. The balance in hand at the moment will last three weeks, afterwards, an average of Frs. 8.000,-- will be required. Waller can let Mr. Scott know when this is necessary. ---------------- Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/GWH.{George W. Hancock - Head Chateauroux} | ||
