Dear Sirs,

Re HERN'S "ACCELEREST" (Regd.)
Prov. Patented, All Countries, No. 27894/38.

Now that the MOTOR SHOW is over, and you are settling down to execute the many orders booked, I take it you will consider the embodiment of the "ACCELEREST" in your new production.

I am sorry I have not been able to get the Working Drawing off to you sooner, but am writing to say that it will positively be despatched on MONDAY next, the 24th. inst. without fail, together with Fitting Instructions, and Copy of the Patent Specification.

The "ACCELEREST" is a BRITISH Invention, and having made a search I find there is no record in the Patent Office of any Specification in any way approaching or anticipating this Invention. So Britain leads the way, in what will no doubt be adopted world-wide.

Yours faithfully,

A.{Mr Adams} Hern
