X8410 PN{Mr Northey}4/DN27.5.26. TO Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} FROM PN{Mr Northey} Confirming our conversation on the 'phone today, owing to the shortage of boat capacity available, the first bookings we could achieve are for Monday next, one car on the boat leaving Dover at 12.55 mid-day, and the second car on a boat leaving Dover at 5.45 the same day. Probably CWB will accompany me on the mid-day boat with 7-LC, and I understand you will like to take your car 10-EX by the afternoon boat. We will then meet at Calais and can decide there whether to attempt to stay the night either at Boulogne, Wimereux, or otherwise. I anticipate that this time of the year the hotels near the Coast will be fairly full up. S.R. [Signature] P.N. [Signature] DN [Initials] | ||
