period to be a very modest affair, which the ordinary damper will easily deal with. One expects the chief reason for Cadillac's move is cost, but it will be very interesting to find out what they have lost as regards smoothness.

I cabled you asking whether the offer to exchange cars was still on. I do not know whether we want to press for this but I think if we purchase a car from there it might be useful if you could make some arrangement so that we can send it back if we like after a certain period and get a certain allowance on it.

I trust that you are arranging between your visits to get a certain amount of fun out of life.
