X4221 Further tests we have carried out, it was found that a slipper wheel which was giving trouble was out-of-balance when each half was tested separately but was in-balance when it was bolted up as a whole. After balancing each individual part separately, it was tried again and this appeared to affect considerable improvement. Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} R.R. 285B (100 T.)
