R'S CAR FOR LE CANADELHenry Royce's French residence.

R.{Sir Henry Royce} is taking 18-EX car to Le CanadelHenry Royce's French residence in about 6 or 7 weeks. Before it leaves we want to fit to it as many new parts as possible. On the engine unit we wish to fit :-

(1) T.50 alloy cylinder head.
(2) Cylinders which have been treated to reduce scaling
(3) Large dia. crank, con. rods to suit.
(4) New type slipper wheel, low inertia type.
(5) Exhaust heated carburetter.
(6) Modified clutch (particulars later)
(7) Carburetter with single intake.
(8) Pistons with invar struts.
(9) Tappets with bronze guides.
(10) Extra oil to cylinders.
(11) Exhaust valves made with Firths Crown Steel.

The other features we wish to fit are :-

(12) Chromium plated parts in place of nickel.
(13) Radiator either chromium or staybrite.
(14) Thermostat controlled shutters.
(15) New exhaust system (if tests satisfactory)
