S/W. Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}..from Bkl. Copy to H.F.Hamilton Humfrey Symons is asking for two small Primus Stoves, and a Prismatic Compass which should be in the offside door pocket of the car. He says it is precious as it belongs to a friend. He also would like ths special rope ladders and shovel which were left in the car. If you can recover these I should be very much obliged, and I know he would - particularly the compass which seems to worry him considerably. You might send them down to Lillie Hall advising me when you do so. With regard to the petrol pump diaphragms which you refer to in your memo No. 9 of yesterday's date. There is no trace whatever of these here. What part of the car do you think they are likely to have come from and how are they packed ? Bkl. P.S. I have just heard from Symons who says that he would like the Primus stoves despatched to him at "Seacroft" Bracklesham Bay E.{Mr Elliott - Chief Engineer} Wittering. Sussex where they will be urgently required. | ||
