X.4105 - DISTRIBUTION BOX WITH REYNOLD POINTS AND RIGID SUPPORT FOR FIXED CUTOUT CONTACT.

Herewith we return to you the first distribution box which you have fitted up with the above.

We have also ourselves fitted to this a small plate giving rigidity to the top portion of the spring. This makes the rubbing action more certain.

Would you kindly have this fitted to chassis 8-EX for the 10,000 mile test.

We shall be pleased to have the other two of these for test at your earliest convenience.

We trust also that you will be able shortly to complete the instruction with regard to giving rigidity to the fixed cutout point supports of the three distribution boxes at present on 98-NK, 44-PK and 6-GII, but in that last case, in accordance with our new instruction, the chassis affected will now be 9-GIII.
